Refund and Returns Policy for Gemstone Splendor

At Gemstone Splendor, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to assist with our refund and returns process. Please carefully review the policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Earrings must be unused and still in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Earrings that have been used or removed from their sealed packaging.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@gemstonesplendor.com or call 816-447-3146 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, please ship the item back to us at the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
